FujiFilm FinePix F800EXR 20x Zoom Camera with WiFi



FujiFilm has just introduced the new FinePix F800EXR long-zoom digital camera as the follow-up to the F770EXR. The camera is equipped with a 16 Megapixel BSI (Back Side Illuminated) EXR CMOS sensor and a Fujinon 20x optical zoom 25mm wide angle lens, and features the Intelligent Digital Zoom to extend the zoom range to 40x.
Along with the EXR sensor, EXT AUTO function is included to automatically selects the optimum shooting mode from 103 patterns, and there is Intelligent Image Stabilization to reduce blurring and noise for improved image quality. In case you want to take more control yourself, you can use EXR HR (High Resolution), EXR DR (Dynamic Range) and EXR SN (Signal to Noise) modes.




 Another main features of the F800EXR is its built-in WiFi connectivity that allows for Wireless Image Transfer. Using the free FujiFilm Photo Receiver app, you can wireless send images from the camera to your Android or iOS smartphones or tablets; and the FujiFilm Camera Application, also free, allows you to transfer images, browse and view photos on the camera and geotag photos with location data from smartphone. The camera itself has a 3-inch LCD display with Monitor Sunlight Mode.




The FinePix F800EXR comes with Advanced Filter offering six artistic special effects, such as Pop Color, Toy Camera, Miniature, Dynamic Tone, for users to add creative expression to photos. It is capable of Full HD 1920×1080 video recording and has Automatic Scene Selection function. You can also find Motion Panorama 360 shooting function, Film Simulation mode and RAW shooting support.
FujiFilm will release black model, which has a rubber coating, in the US in August for $349.95.
